How do you charge, by the hour or by project?

I prefer working to a project budget, this allows a greater control over costs.
All costs are agreed before any work commences.

What files will I be provided with on project completion?

Depending on where they will be used, CMYK PDF files for print or RGB files for digital use.
I usually provide both.

What times are you open?

9am-5.30pm Monday-Friday. Closed on Bank Holidays.

What geographical area do you cover?

BCM Creative is based in Hitchin, but we have clients across the country. An initial face to face meeting is always preferable, however a Zoom or phone call will often be fine.

Can you sort my printing requirements as well?

Yes we can. I partner with several printers depending on what is required.
There is a small fee for print management.

Are you limited to just printed design?

No. Here at BCM Creative we pride ourselves in being able to tackle virtually any creative problem that arises. Simply ask.

Do you create websites?

Yes we do, we design beautiful, functional websites with user experience, SEO, speed and layout in mind.
Ideal for small businesses looking to get an online platform.
